Home Care questions
What if you find a problem during a check?
We send you photos straight away and explain what we found. With your OK, we fix it, with your member discount.
Can I stop my Home Care plan?
Yes. Monthly plans have no long contract. Just tell us one month before. Annual plans are paid for 12 months upfront.
What is a founding member?
The first 50 people who join Home Care keep their monthly price for as long as they stay members, even if our prices go up later.
Can you respond when my alarm goes off?
No. Alarm response is a job for licensed security companies. But we can check your home afterwards and send you photos.
