Common questions
How much does a handyman visit cost?
Many common jobs have a fixed price on our Fix Menu, for example a shutter strap for €59. Other jobs cost €42 for the first hour, including the call-out in our core area, then €21 for each extra 30 minutes. We always agree the price before we start.
Do your prices include VAT? Do I get an invoice?
Yes. All our prices include VAT, and you get a proper invoice for every job.
Who pays for parts and materials?
Parts are charged at the price on the receipt, with no mark-up. If you prefer, you can buy the parts yourself and we fit them.
What if something goes wrong after the job?
Our work has a 90-day guarantee. If something we fixed fails because of our work, we come back and fix it for free.
How do you keep my keys safe?
Every key gets a coded tag with no name or address on it. Keys are locked away, separate from the list of codes, and you can have them back whenever you ask.
