La Mata
La Mata is quieter, with its long beach and the salt-lake nature park nearby. Many apartments here are holiday homes, so opening and checking homes before owners arrive is a big part of our work.
La Zenia
Around La Zenia there are many bungalows and villas with shared pools and terraces. We often mount TVs, hang shelves and replace taps for owners who have just moved in.
Cabo Roig
Cabo Roig's houses sit close to the sea, with big terraces and sea views. Salt and sun wear out silicone, locks and outdoor fittings faster, and we help keep them in good shape.
Playa Flamenca
Playa Flamenca is full of townhouses and apartments with busy communities. Shutter straps, mosquito nets and air-con cleaning are our most common jobs here, especially before summer.
Villamartín
Villamartín is known for its golf course, with apartments and townhouses around it. Many owners here spend only part of the year on the coast, so Home Care checks are popular.
Los Dolses
Los Dolses is a calm residential area between Villamartín and La Zenia, with many families living here all year. We help with everyday fixes: taps, cisterns, furniture and small repairs.
Ciudad Quesada
Ciudad Quesada, inland near Rojales, has a large international community and many villas with gardens and pools. Pressure-washing terraces and preparing homes for the season are regular jobs here.
