1. Who we are
Vecino Fix is the trading name of TODO: legal name, NIF TODO: NIF. Contact: hola@vecinofix.es, +34 600 000 000.
2. Quotes and prices
- All prices include VAT.
- Before we start, we confirm the price in writing (usually on WhatsApp). Fix Menu prices are fixed prices for the labour described. Parts are charged at the price on the receipt, with no mark-up, unless you supply them.
- Other jobs are charged at €42 for the first hour (including the call-out in our core area) and €21 for each extra 30 minutes, unless we agree a fixed price.
- Surcharges: outer area +€15; Saturdays and weekdays after 19:00 +25%; Sundays and public holidays +50%; same-day urgent visits +€30.
- If, once we start, the job turns out to be different from what was described, we stop and agree a new price with you before continuing.
3. Payment and deposit
- You can pay by card, Bizum, bank transfer or cash. You always get an invoice.
- If materials cost more than €250, we ask for a 50% deposit before buying them.
- Payment is due when the job is finished, unless agreed otherwise in writing.
4. Appointments, cancellation and punctuality
- We text you 30 minutes before we arrive. If we are late without telling you, you get €10 off.
- You can cancel or change an appointment for free up to 12 hours before. Later cancellations, or if we cannot get in at the agreed time, cost €20.
5. Guarantee
- We give a 90-day guarantee on our workmanship. If something we did fails because of our work, we come back and fix it at no cost.
- Parts are covered by the manufacturer's warranty. The guarantee does not cover misuse, normal wear, or work changed by someone else.
- This guarantee is in addition to your legal rights as a consumer, which are not affected.
6. Right of withdrawal (consumers)
If the contract is made at your home or at a distance (for example by WhatsApp), you normally have 14 calendar days to withdraw without giving a reason. If you ask us to start the work within those 14 days, we will ask you to confirm this in writing. In that case:
- If you withdraw after we have started, you pay the proportional part of the work already done.
- Once the work is fully completed with your express request and acknowledgement, you lose the right of withdrawal.
- The right of withdrawal does not apply when you have specifically asked us to visit for urgent repairs or maintenance.

7. Home Care memberships
- Monthly plans run month to month; you can stop with one month's notice. Annual plans are paid 12 months upfront. TODO: confirm notice period and annual refund policy
- Founding member prices are kept for as long as the membership continues without a break.
- Keys are labelled with a code, never with your name or address, stored securely and returned when you ask or when membership ends.
- Home Care is a home-check service, not a security service: we do not respond to alarms.
8. What we don't do
We do not carry out gas installations, new electrical installations or certificates, or refrigerant (F-gas) air-conditioning work. For these we can refer you to licensed professionals.
9. Liability and insurance
